Many organizations and media are advising people to donate funds only, and are strongly discouraging donations of supplies. While we agree that funds are the quickest way to support first-line emergency responders— we urge caution in where and how you give!
That’s where the Rockland County Haiti Relief comes in; we know how to do this! We tailor aid to individual communities, so people on the ground directly receive goods they urgently need. And we don’t send items, we take them ourselves.
